What does Error 400, This notary session user cannot re-attempt document verification mean?
If a document fails to upload, it could be because the file size is too large, the document file is corrupt, or it is not a PDF document.
We currently support a 17MB file size, which will increase to 60MB in Q4. We will also support PDF, DOC, DOCX and JPG files in our Q4 release.
