Does eNotaryLog provide witnesses, if needed for a notarization?

In most cases, the notary can serve as an impartial witness to your document. However, if the witness’ signature must also be notarized, you will need to provide the appropriate number of witnesses, since a notary cannot notarize their own signature.

If your document requires additional witnesses, the session will need to be scheduled with the eNotaryLog team. The witnesses cannot have any affiliation with the document being signed. If you are unsure if your document needs a witness or if the witness’ signature needs to be notarized, please contact the document creator.
